W. RYAN NEUMYER is a member of the Firm's Labor and Employment Law Group, Education Law Group and Environmental Law Groups. Ryan's practice is primarily devoted to counseling private and public employers on human resources compliance issues, including FMLA, ADA and wage and hour laws. He also represents clients before courts, and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review. Drawing on his experience as Director of Human Resources and General Counsel for a Lancaster-based healthcare organization, Ryan understands the human resources challenges facing clients and how to deliver the service they need to meet their objectives.
