AMY G. MACINANTI is a member of the
firm's Labor and Employment Law Group. Amy practices both
traditional labor law and employment litigation. She represents
private and public employers before state and federal courts,
arbitrators and administrative agencies, including the Equal
Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations
Board and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board. Amy also counsels
employers on labor and employment issues in mergers and acquisitions,
ADA, FMLA, and compliance with wage and hour laws. Amy is a former
co-chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Lancaster
Bar Association (2002 and 2003).
