RHONDA F. LORD leads the firm's Public Finance Law Group and also practices in the areas of Education Law, and Trusts and Estates.  Rhonda regularly advises families through all aspects of estate and gift planning and helps them with the development, implementation and administration of comprehensive estate plans. Rhonda is a member and past chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Law Section of Lancaster Bar Association. Rhonda also practices extensively in the area of public finance representing school districts, municipalities and others in the issuance of debt. Rhonda is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Bond Lawyers. Rhonda also advises school districts on various policy and contract matters.
