schools, collective bargaining, employee and student discipline,

He regularly represents both public and private sector clients
before state and federal courts, arbitrators and administrative
agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,
Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and Pennsylvania Labor
Relations Board.
