HOWARD L. KELIN chairs the firm's Litigation Group. Howard
concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, education law, construction
law, and labor and employment law. A main focus
of Howard's practice is complex litigation. He frequently opposes
attorneys from much larger law firms. Howard has substantial experience
in alternative dispute resolution, including both mediation and
binding arbitration.
