CLARENCE C. KEGEL, JR. is the founder of the firm. Clarence practices in two areas - education law, and business and finance law. Clarence has for many years been a leader in both of these practice areas. As a business lawyer, he is a former Chair of the Business Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. As an education lawyer, he is a former President of the Pennsylvania School Boards Solicitors Association. In both areas, Clarence has become known for sound advice, for creative work on new and emerging major issues, and for positive solutions to major challenges.
