D. MARK GRIMM, JR. chairs the firm’s Business Law Group. Mark practices exclusively in the areas of business law, mergers and acquisitions, and business succession and estate planning, representing businesses of all sizes and individuals. Mark is the past chair of the Corporate, Business and Bankruptcy Section of the Lancaster Bar Association, as well as the past-chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Law Section of the Lancaster Bar Association. Mark routinely advises companies on a variety of business law issues, including business formation, buying and selling a business, securities compliance, finance matters, and contract review.
