OTHER PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Jason's legal interests and pursuits are wide-ranging. While working as a clerk in a small Pittsburgh law firm during his second year of law school, Jason drafted successful briefs to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, various federal and state administrative appellate bodies, and numerous state agencies. He regularly represents pro bono clients. In January of 2009, Jason will begin assisting Judge Tamilia with researching and drafting the first definitive history of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, North America's oldest court, for the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
