PAUL D. CLOUSER is Of Counsel to the firm and a member of the Labor and Employment Law Group. He leads the firm’s workers’ compensation subgroup, representing self-insured employers. The constant focus of the subgroup, is to coordinate workers’ compensation claims with other potential legal issues (i.e. ADA, FMLA, unemployment compensation, union grievances, and termination and modified-duty decisions) to achieve superior results for clients. His practice is concentrated in the areas of workers’ compensation and employment litigation.
